All basic facilities like insurance are included in CTC. Canteen and tea facility also chargeable. Company not provided basic facilities free of cost. High cutting in salary.

I was burdened with too much work and the work doesn't carry any credit during appraisals. The Managers are inefficient in handling good talented people. One of my Manager use to show my work as his work without my knowledge.

That was easy very interesting! But over the period company grows and no. Of plants increased, we, My team, remains same in numbers. Right now we all are doing ×2 work. There is no appreciation for the work, Or say showcase will somebody. Fevoritism!
