Rentokil Organisation was maintaining good culture and better care for employees, After JV It became different, but not the worst... Overall it's a good experience to work here... Salary hike is the only thing need to be worried... Yearly bonus are provided well enough...

Need to improve work culture, Specifically after joint venture and salary hike need should be done properly...

A good company to work, HR policies are good with rewards and recognition you can also earn good incentive above your salary. They have LMS portal for trainings & learning. Live session are also held where management interacts with the employees. Overall a good experience working here.

Salary scale is bare minimum which can be better.
