**Not a hate post** Honestly there is nothing much the company has to offer other than very prompt medical claim settlements.

Where do we even start.. No benefits apart from medical and PF. Things like automation has not reached the company yet. Tons and Tons of redundant documentation for everything. Totally clueless and visionless management with horrible blame games. No possibility of professional growth. The Senior Director of enterprise services is a human vaccum who sucks out the last bit of optimism and enthusiasm you might have left in you and the same temperament and work style trickles down to all levels of management.
