RBI gives you work life balance along with good pay and perks. 5 days week working.

Dislikes

Security officer's job is monotonous as it involves viewing of cctvs and preparing logs for the same ,especially in grade-A. Promotion aspects in security cadre (grade-A) near about nill,as one has to remain in Assistant manager grade for decade or more. Bossism and arrogance are the basic problems in higher grades,as usual. Though it may be used as a launch pad,in job market as RBI is a brand in itself....Read More
