They ask you to work on weekends and don't get paid for it. They order to work on weekends but if salary credit day comes on weekend day, they won't credit, but you have to work without asking twice. To increase salary in a fixed cycle u have to wait for 2 or 3 months. If u ask for it, u r a bad and greedy employee. If you really want peace, don't join here

Hi, First of all, thank you for your feedback & sorry that you feel this way. However let me take some moments to clarify certain things to you. 1. For weekends or holiday working, we do have a compensatory off policy where you would get extra leaves added into your comp off kitty which you can avail at your convenience. Please do use the benefit. 2. There has been a delay in the salary disbursement on few instances in years now & its could be due to several accounting reasons and as Head of HR, I would like to apologize for the same. But as a matter of fact, even during covid period when many big and small companies cut down employee salaries, had frozen salaries, Laid off employees in hundreds, none of this happened to Resilience Employees. This clearly means that this is a one off case and in businesses some times these delays can happen and there are multiple reasons for the same. so please be patient. 3. Raising of queries or concern does not mean the employee is judged for anything. This is an organization where everyone is giving free will to raise constructive criticism, concerns or feedback because this is the path to become better. If you see we have grown from 4 members to 200 members and the path has been good so far only due to continuous improvement basis continuous feedback. We have several forums including Townhall, Speaking platforms or even direct access to any leaders where one can give feedback. So please use these platforms. More than anything, in any corporate set up, communication is important and getting clarity on any area that may be bothering us, is most important.

There is nothing likable in this company. U hav to hold bucket to your seniors. No appreciation, no proper salary. No rewards, recognition, bonus etc. Pending increment from 3 months. They will make you work for more than 12 hours and weekends also.

Regarding 'no proper salary', I am sure everyone in this world agree that no salary is proper salary, whether 4 digits or even 7 digits, its the job satisfaction that should matter and the connection with the organization values and vision is what takes us from 4/5 digit salary to 7/8 digits... Work life balance is every organizations' aim and that can only be achieved with each one of us work in a more organized/disciplined manner. But if you are still having continuous issues, please do discuss and resolve. Communication and resolution is very important in any organization.
