I don't have any, because I found this work environment to be toally deattached from the real-world.

Dislikes

Lack of transperancy, monopolized decesion-making process, and a consulting cum product business that doesn't actually seem to be delivering results. They are just dependent on you as long as you are making profits for them, leaderseep(ship, managers) are clueless about what's happenig in the real-time project envs. Their client ESW another loss making company probably; higly dependent on the big brands like Nike, DSquared, V-Secret (these backfired and despite of ensuring a long term work-contract project/contract got aborted abruptly)....Read More

Dinners are arranged when someone from US is coming for a client visit, that's the only good point I can think of.

1. People have to handle lots of tough projects at once, without much time for life outside of work. 2. When it comes to getting promoted, it seems like HR makes the final call on who gets what, not your direct boss. Feedback received in appraisal form is not reflected in hike received 3.
