The work life balance was good. There was no over work. No forcing to come to office. Everyone was helpful.

Dislikes

Worked for 3 years. They don't promote unless you beg from them. My teammate got promotion with the bare minimum hike of 8%. Thats not like promotion, its like yoy hike.

IHS Markit has the best work life balance which is very different from S&P Global.

Dislikes

One thing that i do not like about my team is that we do not have a skip meeting, we don't have a leader to communicate about the issue or problem we are facing within the team.
