Dislikes

Work allocation, work life balance, assignment of audit areas are not standardised, creating too much dissatisfaction on the job. Also there is some sort of favouritism around the firm.

The work culture is very nice and you are never pressured for anything of course you should get a nice leaders I was lucky I got very good leaders mentors. I had motherhood gap now again searching job at EY but no luck so far.

Dislikes

Some managers dominate and the show off that they are very good with team and they don’t get to know partners how they behave. It did not happen to me but some of my colleague friends were disappointed. I hope such managers get exposed and they should be given training how to be professional.
