You will have good job security, because they don't get employees easily. Good engagement activities. They may send you onsite for 3-6 months.

Dislikes

No work life balance, worst work management and planning. No growth mindset specially in Pune team. Worst attitude towards senior employees and pampers juniors with little knowledge hence seniors hardly stay for long period. If you are senior of 3+ years of experience, think twice before joining, you may regret.

Need to create open minded work culture employees often does not speak their mind in front of managers,also amalgamation of different regions required Pune Bangalore and Chennai region management seems to be disconnected, Growth opportunity limited for RLE India.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
