I was working in RPG Firmware development team. I joined this team as a fresher. This is a very good place to learn the FLASH technology. I got the chance to work with highly talented and innovative people. Work environment is very cool and flexible. Compensation is decent.

Dislikes

Sandisk (WD) is a good place to work. You will get chance to work on the latest technology. Very flexible working environment.

Freedom of movement from one team to another. Good mentors to give knowledge. Work satisfaction is good.

Dislikes

No promotions, they hold it as long as possible. Very bad culture, too much micro management. Hybrid workdays but with certain conditions. Middle managers are super annoying.
