Not an issue about Ghodawat group and MD. This group is amazing and very great.

Issue start from 2 people VP and HR head . They will hire you as manager but joined as executive. There is mandate 2k cutting from salary which you have to purchase goods from star local Mart. These 2 people have plenty of time to torcher employee, do not have time to focus on business growth. All the focus on cost saving by not approving employee attendance. In review meeting VP says that "आप हमारे ताजमहल बनाने वाले कारीगर हे, हमारा ताज मेहल बनने के बाद हम आपके हात काट देंगे". Do not join the group till this 2 people exist in group....Read More
