Due to lack of manpower female employees are forced to work till 10 PM. They force the staffs to work more than 14 hrs a day, even when office timings ends by 7 PM. Female harassment is clearly visible to this CEO, but no action he' ll take saying, that he is working for many years he can't do it. This is the response I actually got when I said he is harassing me. This company CEO only for money minded he doesn't even care about his own employees. This company will suck your blood even on Sundays. If anybody wants to start his/ her career look out for some other companies specially female employees it's not good here. Saying by experience. If an employee leaves the company he/she thanks the company for giving a chance to explore his/her talent, but in this company whoever has left has cursed this company due to the above points so do I....Read More

Poor management, It's a start-up company & it will always remain a start-up with this kind of CEO is there, no progress will ever make in this company. I guess It will soon shut down if this kind of attitude prevails for long. Female employee looking for a carrier should not opt for this company it's not safe.
