The exposure and learning curve is good at IC roles.

Dislikes

Highly toxic work culture. Without a strong reason senior leader will be on the firing list. The fate of the senior team members depends primarily on 1. Account Growth 2. How one sustains the toxic politics. 3. Mood of the CEO, especially the Account Head. On a bird's eye view, it just works like a family-run Marwari business rather than a process-driven Software company.

There is not much to say great things about Sigmoid. It is a small-sized IT company trying to enter IT consulting space from a product-oriented side.

Dislikes

No Job-security, No-worklife balance. As a manager at times I was asked not to let team take time-off as the mgmt. was worried about losing revenue. The HR policies are very primitive and often policies are made and re-worked based on situation and comfort of the Management.
