Work life balance is very good since they have a lot people to do less job.

Dislikes

No Job security since they have a lot of people to replace you. Also, it has traditional culture of agreeing with your manager and if you are not good with your manager then it doesn't matter how good are you in your work they'll not value you. No opportunities for show casing your work to senior management.
