As employee of Spinny the only benifit you will get is that good salary package, but many things you will loose special when you are automobile expert, you will loose experience, knowledge, links in auto industry, no skills development, and many other things, and also you have 0% job security any time need to leave the job, as humanbeing mistakes happens but in Spinny mistakes not acceptable you get fired immediately, and the worst thing is after spending sometime in Spinny you will loose your confident to in any others organization.
