There is noting left to like, This organization is a shadow of what it once was—a rotting carcass riddled with politics and poor management. Employees are stuck in stagnant roles for years with minimal or no salary hikes, fueling frustration and demotivation.

Dislikes

Managers favor their inner circle while the CEO focuses solely on brand and profit, ignoring the toxic culture. HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come.
