2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive. Dislikes: 1) Job timing and incentive structure not good.
2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
