To be honest I've never worked in such a terrible company like square yards. They have zero culture. They just hire you and expect you to deliver without any training. The so called Co founder has zero idea about business. He just abuses people with unparliamentary language. They don't deposit your EPF. They hold your salary for no reason.

Nothing. Terrible place to work. No work life balance. They will give you churan of incentives and promotion. But nothing. They will make you work like a donkey if you raise your voice you will be will be kicked out. Hr is of no use. Puppet of the managers

There is nothing to like about this company. You drop in sales. You will shown that you made x amount of incentives but you never get that. And there would be multiple reason for that. Pathetic work culture.
