Different types of equipments and learning knowledge if your are fresher or have a mid experience Salary increment is good and also if you are graduate then promotion is also excellent. Management is good. Cafeteria food servicing is good.

Here work load is so much if u can bear the load then it's good otherwise u will get into depression or frustration Work life balance is not there due to so much load and work Useless pressure given for any work whether it's big or small, even if there is no urgent job u have to complete it on urgent basis. Lots of maintenance day by day due to less manpower.

Some Plant Manager in production department not good also their behaviour very causal. SRF talk about discrimination but in production department very cheap type manager.
