Great place to work and for growth as well as gain further knowledge and achieve ones milestone.

Dislikes

Being healthcare worker, sometimes we can not provide treatment due to patient's financial condition and guide them for government hospital...Sterling should have an attachment with certain NGO who can Fill that gap and needy patient can be treatment with some help from NGO too.
