Sterling software provides good work-life balance and few other leave benefits.

Dislikes

1. Terrible politics 2. No compensation or benefits( only the people who are working there long time i.e seniors working for more than 10 years take all the mid year hikes and yearly appraisals.) 3. Too much partiality if u r doing well 4. I started with 5.2 LPA came out after 3 years with 5.8 LPA that much terrible politics are there 5. I wont recommend this to anyone especially if u r joining for testing team. Please save yourselves!...Read More
