There is no job security in Sunil Hi-tech. Salary was not regular, 2-3 months gap in every salary. My experience was not good with this company.

The Company has given me opportunity to work in power plant.I learn a lot to improve my ability handling all site activities independently.During this period a lot of pressure is at site all things come hand to mouth. All the expection regarding on time project completion meeting all client quality requirements and company target with minimum rework. As a result I got best engineer award from client. I always believe that every company has their own policy. Now a days there is lots expection from both ends.so we cannot says who is right n who is wrong. If the things is not good than it is better to go for new challenges.

My working is change.The site which I have been allotted is just a begning of project. Intially at site system is not developed fully. all the thing I have manage implementing all the procedure as per site and client requirements .
