In my personal experience it's a very nice company. We can learn as much as we want,if we have a mindset to learn. They never show any hesitation to teach us. All of them are highly influential people, so they helped me in something out of my working area also. Anytime we can ask them help, that was my confidence by working with them

Dislikes

Its not easy to become a permanent employee in susaha. Once you become permanent, it's heaven. Their benefit packages, allowance etc is too high than most of the companies. Before making permanent employee they keep on watch not only work performance but also inter personal skills, punctuality,police track record etc.

Their CEO is too young, but a Very nice company culture they are following. I am a retired scientist with 35 years experience. They are treating me with such a high level of respect and politness. Due to their well respected attitute and such an enthusiastic politness, i am even ready to give my service voluntarily free to them.

Salary packages and other benefits are very good. They protects employees like parents protecting their children. Highly supportive and helpful. Seniors in each department is heavily experienced people, they are supporting us like their own children. We use to learn several technological things, actually job in there is not reallya job. Its like joining an university. Because i learned much more things than my Masters from that company....Read More

Their recruitment process is such a hardship to pass. Their interview phases are quiet tough, once we pass the interview. they use to put us for evaluation and probationary period before making us permanent employee. They use to keep on monitor and evaluate our work at these probationary period. If the performance is poor, they will kick out, and wont even consider for Permanent employment. For them, Talent and skill is more important than anything and we have to prove it....Read More
