The company doesn’t align with any standard holiday patterns. Which leaves the employees in confusion. People in India, working for US shift, will neither get Indian holidays not the US holidays.

Some times there is no proper business require details not provided. Simply said follow web. It is difficult to know the hidren conditions for requirement. Remaining evrything is ok.
