Pathetic ,I hate the people who where working here from ages , who never want to learn and try new things and they make you to do same . So dealing with such fellow employees every single day is a task.

There is a different pleasure in working in a five star property like Taj Hotel, but where I work now, I don't get the feeling of Taj Hotel, it feels like we are working in a 2 star 1 star property. What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow.
