Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

there is nothing to be liked about tata aia. no work life balance. you will be made to work like a ***** throughout the year, even on Sundays and 2nd saturdays. from top brass to the manager level, everybody is blo. od su ck ers of the employees. you will be made to fix the appointments on sundays, 2nd saturdays and festivals. i amsure top brass is hat. ed at their homes by their wi ves and kids and they ki ck them out of the home, so nowhere to go, hence they come to the office to enjoy the AC. For the "appraisal" you have to lic. k the boo. ts of your manager, yes, you heard it right - -there is no automatic appraisal based on your rating....Read More
