there is nothing to be liked about tata aia. no work life balance. you will be made to work like a ***** throughout the year, even on Sundays and 2nd saturdays. from top brass to the manager level, everybody is blo. od su ck ers of the employees. you will be made to fix the appointments on sundays, 2nd saturdays and festivals. i amsure top brass is hat. ed at their homes by their wi ves and kids and they ki ck them out of the home, so nowhere to go, hence they come to the office to enjoy the AC.
