Job Security to a certain extent in comparison with its peers. Theoretically company policies are good. Work culture is department specific and some departments have it good. Management is ok.

Dislikes

No flexibility at all. Not all policies are applicable to everyone (exceptions are made at execution level). Extraordinary levels of micromanagement leading to frustration at all levels. Hard workers are overloaded with unmanageable amounts of work.
