Have recently joined the organisation and love what I do here at Techies. Colleagues: are cordial and welcoming Environment: too early to comment but yes what I can share for now , the Approach is Modern , Activities are conducted to boost employee morale and participation through celebrating festivals, conducting Zumba sessions...creating vivacious vibes rather than typical all work no fun culture . An hierarchy which is not rigid but allows communication , this, I specifically mention for our visionary Ceo , who aspires to build a company with a modern mindset , which means growth and welfare not just for the company but for its people as well. Internship: opprtunites created to encourage our new generation aspiring a career in IT world. Indeed an inspirational mindset which very few companies would even think of. Paid programs: employees are encouraged to go for enhancement programs , funded by the company , definitely an asset for both candidate and company.
