I Don't like Because, They treate employees like machines and force them to work on Sunday holidays and they blackmail and force to work for OT over time , and in company policy they are not supposed to work on holidays and for OT's The (CHAIRMAN) of the company (Mr. SANDIP SEN). Has told to the staff that Company don't pay for the work done on holidays, Sunday and for OT's over time beyond shift completion time, but the manager's(Mr N.Bose) and the Head supervisor's ( K. APPA RAO), (M. RAMU alias chanti) of the company are forcing the Employees to work beyond their willingness . Only Finance head behaviour is better than other managers or head of department.

Dislikes

Attendance system & salary. There is time to enter in office within 10 am after 2 late on count of 3 late leave will be deducted. But if any one stay upto 10 pm then no extra attendence benifit. Salary credit date after 7th of every month & takes some months more than 12th of month.
