Nobody wants to work with him in 3 months 10 new joinee have left the job because of HOD's Arrogance attitude and every one is political person here. If you want to take leave he will stare at you like you want to owns his property and SALARY COMES VERY LATE. if you leave the organisation they hold your salary and not provide. Everything is worst. The staff and colleagues are very very helpful and polite

Dislikes

No yearly salary increment. Salary is credited after much delay. The delay gets longer every month and totally unpredictable. Leaves are very less and often cancelled by the authority. Also the employees do not have the liberty to take leaves on their preferred dates as there there are too many terms and conditions for taking vacation.
