Need performance and shouting on employees .They don't have manner how to talk emplys.

Don't Join this company .Very irritating place. They don't respect your Knowledge. Higher Management also don't have manner. They don't respect their employees. They think they pay salary on time so they have purchased an employees. An employees gives their 10 hours their hard work etc. But they think we have put more pressure on them. dues to cause they give salary on time. Dear THREE D please respect your employees. Whenever you get any projects from any company you show your good manners. this manner you should continues for you all employees . IF your employees is happy then your firm will grow more. if employee is not happy then . each and every thing worthless. We know every body has their own keen knowledge you should respect.
