Nothing, I don't have any word to write ✍️. Another my concern is when I joined the company, the terms and conditions in my offer letter did not include a 90-day notice period. However, this policy was introduced later, and I was compelled to sign the agreement during the appraisal process. I believe it is in the company's best interest to allow employees to leave within a reasonable time when they find a better opportunity. Retaining employees for an extended notice period, especially when they are already in an outgoing mindset, can lead to decreased productivity and morale....Read More

Management is very poor especially HR dept. It seems there is room for improvement, especially in promotion criteria, ranking hierarchy, and monetary benefits, as financial stability is fundamental to one’s well-being. The company’s predominant Gujarati culture often leads to employees from other states feeling viewed with a sense of unfamiliarity, which creates an unwelcoming environment. Furthermore, the HR department appears to operate with a rather conservative mindset. For instance, Mr. Salil Menon, from AMGEN Sabarmati Power House, tends to project an air of superiority, often regarding those he interacts with as naive. Despite being on an employment extension himself for the past four years, he provides harsh feedback to management and, during appraisals, has a tendency to publicly disparage others in front of the panel. Overall, while Torrent Power Ltd offers a good environment, these particular issues warrant attention for a more inclusive and respectful workplace....Read More
