Not being able to upgrade my IT skills and quick response to what to do next

Good working atmosphere and prompt salary. I had to resign October 2023 because my father had a stroke and he was paralyzed in his left hand and left leg. I had to be with him and he was bed ridden till September 2024. He is now able to walk with a cane. So I pursued actively seeking a job from 19 Sep 2024
