My Experience at Syudyin is positive especially working with the two departments within the two years it has been truly positive. The environement is always encouraging and supportive, timely guidance and support from management make a huge difference. Open to showcasing the things can also impact it in a good way, which is something that always helps you grow in things . what stands out is work together like a family creating a sense of belonging beyond just professionalism. Obviously the hybrid model and 5 days working mode that can helps in eco-balancing nature of the personal life and the professional life , learning up the new things and obviously maintaining the spark within the work-life without getting bored with a round routine. Overall its a place where positivity, teamwork, and flexibility come out perfectly together....Read More

Dislikes

Worst management, they pretend to hear employees, but mid and senior level managers are the real bugs, dirty politics, favoritism, no promotions and appraisals at junior level, promote only shoe lickers, bad mental pressures, least employee engagement, very bad investor in market, HR do not bother to take feedback anonymously.
