One of the few positives is that taking leave is relatively easy, with minimal hassle from the org.

Dislikes

1) Favouritism is evident in the workplace, leading to an unfair and demotivating environment. 2) There's a lack of structured processes, which often results in disorganised and inefficient workflows. (No Agile, just kanban) 3) Poor planning is a recurring issue, causing frequent last-minute changes and unnecessary confusion (Ad-Hocs are a norm) 4) Work-life balance is largely ignored, with employees expected to manage excessive workload and long hours. 5) Forced urgency is created for eg (immediate feature development and quick submission without proper process for Quality, often forcing devs to work overtime and on weekends without any Time-off in lieu) rather than it actually being emergency like a user-production issue. Everything is urgent here. 6) The pressure is constant, but there's little to no support to help employees handle it effectively. 7) Teams operate in isolation, with minimal communication or alignment, which frequently leads to misunderstandings. 8) There's no clear path for career growth or professional development within the org. 9) Appraisal processes are inconsistent and fail properly to recognise or reward employee contributions. If you are not a "yes sir" slave forget about getting any appraisal or growth. There is no concept of working hours here, hence employees are exploited....Read More
