Hidden policies, Lacks in transparency to its own employees about different policies/schemes. Lacks in culture of knowledge transfer from Senior to Junior. Routine work is over dominating. No intiatives/programs from management or HR side for skill up, leadership programs for employees. HR is poppet/Rubber Stamp and not decision takers/makers.
