My job is very interesting for every side of kalingnagar. I joined the company apromently one year but in this one year I gained lot of technical knowledge of used at Tata steel. So that overally I fell good work life in the company VEIL.

It's a very good company for mechanical engineers that facilitate all for learning. Supporting staffs are supported all work at all times. Company gives freedom for all to use their innovative ideas for smooth work. Management direct contact with the employees without hesitate.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Work not equally distributed to all which is a pain sometimes.
