They are giving Good Salary Hike and Bonus as the Attrition rate has increased now.

They will force you to work on their own Automation Tools which are useless in the market. One will loose their skills if they work here. No worklife Balance. People without any knowledge and skills are working here as Managers.

Job is too secure. They will never pressurize you for work. Appraisals will be in single digit, much below market average. No innovation and they will curse you if you do anything out-of-the box. They don't want any upliftment and want no change.

No learning and growth opportunity. No Career path. They just want people to stay with them for long years, loose their skillset and be a non productive asset/ liability for them. After last working day, they will keep delaying the Salary, will never attend your calls, infact they will cut your calls and when they will send the Salary, there will be unnecessary LOPs and other deductions</mark>....Read More

It was too boring. Not much work. If you propose some innovative ideas, they will not listen and may torture you saying you should not be innovative at work and focus more on relaxing at Office.
