And support of manager and academic knowledge provided by company is too good
Dislikes: Promotion time and some time suddenly department change by upper level with out any information and it's not helpful

Your scope of work will increase, can do anything that u want, there is no restriction.
U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....
Dislikes: U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend.
Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours.
All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

They say it's a cooperate job , LOL LIKED HOW VECV LIED TO NEW JOINEE . Dislikes: Working hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM but to catch the bus we have to wake up around 5 AM atleast and we reach home by 7 PM

Nothing to be learned all reasearch and development work will be done by vendor.
Nothing to learn you will only learn how to work with thousands of complaints in mind and still laugh about it.
Likes: It's a beautiful company to work with and can retire. I worked in Sales & Marketing division and I truly enjoyed by 9 years tenure
Dislikes: Promotion is mainly given to employees working in head office, sales team & other front end teams. Apart from sales and service people working in regional offices was given less importance. Sales and Plant is the best place to work if anybody is looking for longer career with promotions.
Likes: Good company if we see the other Industry and managers are approachable and understand your family priorities as well.
Dislikes: Company should focus on succession planning and new market space with first mover advantage.
Likes: Good company for learning and developing skills.

Dislikes: There are highly posted person is not doing properly work, they are misuse the company worker time & he is doing our personal work in office time.
