Dislikes

Ready to work 15 hours everyday including Saturday if you stay more than 2 months you'll be working Sunday as well. Hire and fire policy. HR manages the product not the product head or TL. Don't believe in Google reviews everything is fake, HR forced new joinee to give good reviews.

Dislikes

Worst management.. No job security.. Whenever they want they will fire/terminate people... No other allownes only salary they will provide you.. You have to work more than 55hours also Saturday they will call to come office....No food, no transportation, no health insurance, only sick leave other than no leave, holiday also they will give by tamil calendar.. No work from home... If we got positive also they will say come and work here... Don't consider glass door and ambition box review because they will sit too you besides and they will say write review about our company...Read More

You only and only will get paid above market standards. if you think money is everything and what you need, you can experience the rest here.

Work Details

I wasn't told about the working hrs during interview process. Company has a mandate 55 hrs working with break every week. They pay above market standards, so people join here. I had to undergo enormous stress because of the work culture.
