I would like say only one thing about VEM is you are open to gain infinite knowledge

Dislikes

HR and admin management are too lazy. No predefined rules,nothing.its just like there wish.salaries are not deposited in a timely manner. An employee is not in a situation to get a personal loan.Banks are rejecting loan applications as they are working with this organization.

Lack of personal to advise juniors. unfriendly rules to employees. Ex:- Once entered inside the company, 75% of internet, sites, (even Youtube) are inaccessible if you want to search about anything/doubt. Internet is main thing in modern days to improve knowledge or clarify doubts on the spot when we have a problem in tech field/Engineering.
