I worked at Vinculum Solutions Pvt Ltd, and while the company has some positives, job security is a significant concern. Employees can be terminated at any time under the pretext of the company facing challenging times, often with just one month's salary as severance before saying goodbye. Salaries are consistently delayed by 3-4 months, which can severely impact anyone with EMIs or medical expenses. Despite having a very good product, the management struggles to deliver adequate service to clients, leading to client dissatisfaction.
