WDC gives random promotion, which are not related wot the work done. Employee can threaten and get promotion, can get salary hike. So deserving employees who wants to stay they remain behind while others who can get an outside offer and gets promotion and hike. No Work life balance. Management decisions are random, specifically after Khurram became SVP, he is removing all the people he does not like and promoting his favorite ones.
