Company Culture, too much of politics on grass root level, no growth , no promotions. too much of favoritism. Company feels if they are paying you , you are their slave. No appreciation, No respectful way of treating employees. Worst place for females to work .Their is culture of discrimination hierarchy wise, atmosphere of fear is created.
