BGV (while working BGV process is a big disturbance for employees) can't able to work with concentrate, while interview kindly ask people to get all the reliving formalities properly, because losing job it's little difficult for people those who seeking good company like yours.

CAD company no value for engineering work. Senior management is CAD dumb guys not moving their back to shift to new technology. Hybrid model is only limited to few teams. Senior management & other teams works from home, No promotions / hike. Poor team leads from non -consulting firms. HR is unethical says they are running a business.
