Freedom they give to employees as work culture and environment is comparatively poor and at wrost

The company is not employee centered working here means you don’t have any personal life and managers don’t have any power in hand for every thing they consult with higher management and work more likely a chaplus in literal words

People are mean over there they only stand with you till they have work with you otherwise they won’t even bother for how long you serve them

For me, it's traveling time. Rest is all good. they give decent compensation..work load depends on how you handle.

Work Details

Work at xceedance depends upon high time and low time. Once you get settled here, then nothing matters. We work in s chill atmosphere...you just need to handle things properly..rest is all fine.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work culture is good. Perfect company to start your career with. Compensation is also fair.

Dislikes

Learning opportunities are limited to Insurance sector only. Otherwise everything was good. Slow growth in terms of compensation although promotions are too good.

Work Details

I worked there for 3.5 years and it was overall a nice experience. I left Xceedance as a Senior Analyst. I was responding for analysing risk for all healthcare companies in US.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
