The only one benefit i can see is job security

Work-life balance is hell you can not even say No to working on weekends the management will force you to do so; there is no overtime for weekends. Promotion and appraisal are fixed you will be judged based on the bell curve, they already predecided the engineers based on that graph, and appraisal is also judged based on how much travel you are doing, if you are doing more travel overseas you will get average raise so that they can balance out everyone. which is not fair every time. The culture is excellent and the work satisfaction is great. The project exposure in Exports Division with multiple International projects play a crucial role in development of your resume and skill.

Dislikes

The salary and pay compensation structure is bad. The salary is disappointing even you work with so much effort The salary structure in comparison to market level is peanuts. The only solution in this is to switch to other companies and then come back that's the reason Yokogawa has the highest attribution rated with huge nos of employees leaving only bcaz of lack of salary.
