Bad work culture too much politics in linguistic way. Building their own community with the favorites or people who are sweet and sugar coat things. No respect to the employees. No ethics or professionalism. 10 years experience employees cannot solve the issue which is expected to besolved by freshers and more than 12 hours of working is suggested. Everytime there's a reason when told to convert from probation and give hike. Attack with personal stuffs and degrade the employees. No job security, If asked about hike always they come up with reasons or subtle threatens of termination. Please never choose this company....Read More

Work-life balance is hell you can not even say No to working on weekends the management will force you to do so; there is no overtime for weekends. Promotion and appraisal are fixed you will be judged based on the bell curve, they already predecided the engineers based on that graph, and appraisal is also judged based on how much travel you are doing, if you are doing more travel overseas you will get average raise so that they can balance out everyone. which is not fair every time. No support for skill development, even if you want to pursue higher education or anything, they have a policy for it but nobody supports it. work satisfaction and company culture is also like hell....Read More
