The only one benefit i can see is job security

Work-life balance is hell you can not even say No to working on weekends the management will force you to do so; there is no overtime for weekends. Promotion and appraisal are fixed you will be judged based on the bell curve, they already predecided the engineers based on that graph, and appraisal is also judged based on how much travel you are doing, if you are doing more travel overseas you will get average raise so that they can balance out everyone. which is not fair every time. No support for skill development, even if you want to pursue higher education or anything, they have a policy for it but nobody supports it. work satisfaction and company culture is also like hell....Read More

The culture is excellent and the work satisfaction is great. The project exposure in Exports Division with multiple International projects play a crucial role in development of your resume and skill.

The salary and pay compensation structure is bad. The salary is disappointing even you work with so much effort The salary structure in comparison to market level is peanuts. Don't need to be worried about the job security. If your in the Domestic engineering then you have lot of opportunities to learn and good place to start the career in process automation. There will be travel who are in exports team but not for everyone. Subsidies food at breakfast and lunch.

Work life balance depends upon the project you have undergone, for some jobs you want to stay late night, work on Saturdays Worst company policies, appraisal are minimum or no big change in the salary slip. Other than Domestic Engineering your learning about the field get reduced. Repetitive works.
